Good thought, Philip.

On what Lance has said, doesn’t it take critical thinking to realize your dream? You can’t just say, “I’m going to conquer the world.” You need to figure out what it takes to do it, all aspects of what it takes, and then put a plan in motion. At what point does that become an obsession? When you find out you don’t have what it takes? And how do you find out?

Indeed, many people have been encouraged to forget that engaging in critical thinking is more powerful than summoning positive feelings. However, it’s hard to market programs in critical thinking, so our contemporary Goo-Roos will stick to peddling their Feeling Factories.
